Keep the door shut, check that nothing inside is blocking the air vents, and move high-risk stock such as meat, fish and dairy to another unit if you have one. Then call us. Resist opening the door to check on it, because every opening lets the remaining cold air out.
Yes. Every job comes with a job sheet recording the fault and the work carried out. Where refrigerant has been handled, our F-Gas certified engineers also complete the F-Gas records the regulations require.
